After the success of our first Forage and Fermentation Workshop, we're now planning another!
Join a small group to gather some wild, foraged edible greens near Hove Lagoon before heading to a private house just off New Church Road for a fermentation workshop. I'll be teaching you how to turn your newly-foraged ingredients into delicious, nutritious and gut-supporting kimchi.
Check out our gallery from the first session
at the end of April.
Kimchi is a highly nutritious, low-calorie fermented Korean superfood packed with probiotics (Lactobacillus), fibre, and vitamins A, B, and C. Regular consumption supports gut health, boosts the immune system, reduces inflammation, and may improve heart health by lowering cholesterol and blood sugar levels
Tickets are just £25. Sessions start at 2pm and last 2.5 / 3 hours. Well-behaved dogs on leads are welcome both on the forage and during the workshop.
Just email me to bag your spot.
